Download to your system and run from the File Manager

Version 1.1 of the Newton Package Installer is designed to
work with Newton PDAs that use the Newton OS 1.x.

The following models use Newton OS 1.x:

MessagePad (original)
MessagePad 100
MessagePad 110
MessagePad 120 (with 1.0 ROMs)

If your Newton uses an later version of the Newton operating
system, you should use Newton Backup Utility for Windows
1.0.1 or Newton Connection Utilities for Windows.
