CompositeReadIO

Concatenate together multiple IO objects into a single, composite IO object for purposes of reading as a single stream.

Usage:

crio = CompositeReadIO.new(StringIO.new('one'), StringIO.new('two'), StringIO.new('three'))
puts crio.read # => "onetwothree"
