Adding Sound
You can add sound to any Slide Show using
Rename the .WAV file to the same name as one of the images, but with a .WAV extension. The sound will begin playing when that image is displayed in the Slide Show. If you want the sound to start immediately, name the file to match the first image in your Slide Show.
Example
You want the sound file, tada.wav to play when the image file0032.jpg comes up in the Slide Show.
To do this, you place tada.wav in the same folder as file0032.jpg and rename it file0032.wav. Now
select your images and start the Slide Show.
<#endif> Setting Timing and Other Options You can control the speed at which images in your Slide Show change by adjusting the timing in the Slide Show Preferences. Open the Preferences by clicking the icon on the toolbar or by selecting Preferences from the Edit menu. On the left side of the Preferences window, click the button for 'Slide Show.'
The first item in the Slide Show preferences is the timing for the files. These are measured in 1,000ths of a second (so for one second enter 1000).
You'll also find many other options here, including scaling, ordering, and centering.
When you're finished, click 'Exit' to save your changes.
Displaying Filenames Filenames may be displayed during a Slide Show by pressing the apostrophe ( ' ) key. Shift-apostrophe will toggle the filename from top to bottom of the screen. Ctrl-apostrophe will toggle just the filename and a listing of the complete path to the file.
