According to ports/MOVED portupgrade changed = his category at 2007-02-05, so you must have only one portupgrade now in = ports-mgmt/portupgrade.

 

Try to upgrade you port collection fully from = cvsup (check if server not out of sync) server or via portsnap if = available.
