One machine has no files other than the FreeBSD4.9 on it and a 20 G hd with 15 gb free. Any help appreciated. I suspect the "/temp" directory is on your root partition which is probably not 15Gb. You might mean "/tmp" here. Check your environment settings for TMPDIR and such like.
